Fyre Jean Graveline, Director.
BSW, MSW, DVATI, Ph.D.
20 years experience as an adult educator, 30 Years experience as a counselor,
consultant, activist and advocate. Author of Circle Works: Transforming Eurocentric
Consciousness (1998) and Healing Wounded Hearts (2005). Enthusiastic about
art-based healing methods, stengthening cultural identity, and revitalizing helpers
to carry on with the necessary work of supporting personal and societal change.

Michele Graveline, Associate.
BA Honors., RHN, Master Herbalist, MA in Ed.
15 years experience as a herbalist, alternative health and wellness facilitator
and advocate, committed ecologist and holistic educator. Inspired to organize and
facilitate workshops helping people heal through reconnecting to Earth Mother.

Elizabeth Blaney, Associate.
BA, MAdEd, PhD.
25 years experience as a researcher, adult educator, social activist, and community
empowerment worker in womens communities. Currently dedicated to supporting
women to end violence and transform the justice system.

Amber Graveline
Research Assistant.
Currently a university student and researcher for the government, Amber brings a
youthful perspective to Circle Works. She offers quality research skills, creative
communications and workshop support.

Maryann Whitefish has amassed a wealth of Traditional knowledge in her lifetime
of practice as a spiritual leader and now Elder. She has faced many obstacles in
her life as a grandmother, mother, counselor, and spiritual practitioner, and has
learned how to seek out answers for herself and others to difficult life transitions.
She has the gift of seeing and bringing out the positive in people and situations,
and has experience in working with people of all Nations. Maryann is completely
comfortable dialoguing in English, and is fluent in the Cree language. She has
worked as a Traditional adviser and translator in Cultural Camps, Schools and
Universities, Hospitals and Correctional Centers. She is a Singer, a Drum Keeper,

Yvette Graveline
Administrative Assistant.
With over 25 years experience in administrative support, and 10 years in management,
Yvette will be providing financial record keeping to ensure the accountability
necessary for the smooth operations of Circle Works.
